On January 1, 2016, California expanded the training requirements for direct care staff working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). New regulations have increased the orientation training requirement to a total of 40 hours and the annual continuing education requirement to 20 hours.
At Care and Compliance Group™, we’ve developed a simple program to get you and your staff trained and fully compliant with California’s new RCFE regulations.
Our online training and compliance program can be used to help you meet BOTH your initial and ongoing training requirements. We’ve been providing education and compliance resources for assisted living and residential care providers for over 30 years.
